Pro: Great attention to detail with the animation, school enoviroment, some cute/funny character interactions, first ending theme is bliss,
Con: 80% of the time it is like wacthing paint dry, missed oportunities regarding the music.

Final Thoughts: Its popular. Its Moe. Its Cute. Its...oh its just K-On!. Cute girls doing cute things that ocasionally produces a laugh. Its not a bad thing to watch its just...meh.
Story: Yui joins the newly formed light music club at her high school even though she does not know how to play an instrument. The girls there get her a guitar and she learns how to play. The club's members become good friends through all 3 years of high school. While this is going on they eat lots of cake and drink lots of tea.
Characters: Yui= air headed/slightly lazy protagonist, Miho=mature scardy cat, Rika= hyperactive troublemaker, Mugi= quiet but kind rich girl, Azuna=tsudere moe bait. Along with others...that about sums it up.
Art: Very pretty setting in terms of the school. The attention to detail is astounding
Sound: The first ending theme "Lazy" is great but other than that this anime is lacking in terms of original music. Although I did find myself liking the "Angel" song the girls wrote and performed for Azuna at the end of the second season mainly because it was cute.
Final Score: 2 stars
Reccomendations:
