Pro: Decent animation and concept

Con: Story focus and new characters become a total bore and uninspired thanks to whoever decided to make this a pandering cute girls doing cute things.

Final Thoughts: Soul Eater Not may have ruined my whole spin off popular shoenen manga series with a inspinred and rarely entertaining look. Its like soul eater without any chracter, drama or suspense. Nothing about this series got me to really care for it. Its starts out well enough by focussing on a slightly unexperienced weapon trying to become as skilled as her senior in the eat class whihc happens to be Maka Albarn herself. The idea of two meiters fighting over one weapon is a clever set up for this soul eater spinoff but instead of adding in motivations and suspnese the series takes a more moe blob feel towards the story and it is boooorriiing. The characters become less likable and more like cute chracters blobs for people to add cutsey actions to rather than actual giving them a definate pertsonaity. There are moments where the lighthearted fun is infact fun but the majority of the time I could feel myself falling alseep. The series runs at a baby crawling pace so even if you are a diahard fan of the orginal you still will proabably be dissapointed at this lackluster spinoff.
